With all due respect to the role of the Iranian judicial system, we would like to bring to your attention the situation of Ms Nasrin Sotoudeh. We came to the attention of the judge's ruling Pirabbasi of Section 26 of the revolutionary court that Ms Sotoudeh sentence to 11 years 20 years in prison and disqualification from the Bar. Currently, the lawyer Sotoudeh is held in Evin prison with limited opportunities to receive visits from his family and his children. We are also apprehensive about the seriousness of his condition after greeting the hunger strike. We know the reputation of reputable counsel for Mrs Sotoudeh that time dealing with human rights and children's rights and who has dedicated his life to this noble cause, doing valuable work for chil ni and young Iranians. It would be unforgivable that his commitment to young Iranians were severely punished by the judiciary of the country, from momento che noi tutti sappiamo che il rispetto dei diritti umani fa parte della costituzione Iraniana ed è un elemento fondamentale della storia dell’Iran e dell’Islam.
Le saremmo estremamente grati se ci assicurasse che il caso della sig.ra Sotoudeh verrà opportunamente rivisto e trattato con clemenza e che fosse presa in considerazione la sua situazione umana. Noi coltiviamo la speranza che la giustizia della Repubblica Islamica dell’Iran assicuri la giustizia ai cittadini che dedicano la loro vita a servire orgogliosamente il paese e il popolo Iraniano promovendo la difesa dei diritti umani nel rispetto della legalità.
